The posters will be presented at the foyer near the exhibition area (CAP2 ground floor) and they will be arranged by topic.

The length of the corresponding final paper in the proceedings for a poster is equal to that of an oral presentation.

Each poster is assigned to a lecture session in which you may introduce your poster by a short presentation of two minutes.

Tuesday (7.03.2015), 4 – 4.40 pm
Wednesday (18.03.2015), 4 – 4.40 pm
Thursday (19.03.2015), 11.20 – 12 am.

Please place your poster at 9 am at the particular day of your short presentation and remove it until 6 pm.

The poster size is A0 portrait (width x height = 84,1 cm x 118,9 cm). Pinboard tacks for fixing the posters will be provided.

Poster Award
A bonus will be awarded to the best three posters by a jury. Interested authors are requested to send their poster (as PDF) to DEGA office (dega@dega-akustik.de) until February 27, 2017. One requirement to win the poster award is that the poster is actually presented at DAGA.
